Tournament Notes

• We will need a copy of team insurance and roster prior to the start of the first game. Blank roster form can be found at: https://www.nafasoftball.com/page/show/4174883-nafa-home. We will accept other rosters, but please ensure all players you have for the event are listed on the roster submitted.

• Game balls will be provided.
• Time limits will be 1 hour, 15 minutes, finish the inning; or 90-minute drop dead (no revert back), whichever comes first. 
• Max runs per inning will be five runs. We want this to be an enjoyable round robin, as well as competitive for the teams.
• Dropped third strike will be in effect, as all teams need to be prepared for this and no better way to get experience at this than a round robin event.
• Continuous batting and free substitution, with courtesy runner for pitcher and catcher at all times.

• Online/email registration holds your teams spot for two weeks until payment is received.

• Coaches are to provide certificate of insurance at check-in prior to first game.
• The date of May 7 will be used in the event of inclement weather or Stillman fields being unavailable due to IHSA soccer.
